Then I ultra-Quality Check you. Reserve Tapu Lele, I suppose.
QC 1
Overview Tapu Lele is simply the strongest, most consistent, and most versatile Psychic-type attacker in 1v1. If your team needs a Psychic type attack, Tapu Lele is your pokemon. Tapu Lele has a strong pair of offensive typings, resisted only by Steel. Fairy covers some its Psychic weaknesses to Bug and Dark, but Psychic doesn't add much defensively to Fairy and it has notable weaknesses to Steel and Ghost. Its ability Psychic Surge gives it essentially a Choice Specs boost to its Psychic type attacks, while helping against a few pokemon that would use priority to beat it. It has fair speed, even uninvested, allowing it to outspeed most of the slow, bulky attackers in 1v1. It loses to most every steel pokemon in 1v1, with only HP Fire to hit them, as well as most ghost mons and some faster attackers.
Z
Tapu Lele @ Psychium Z
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 200 HP / 56 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Reflect
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast/Thunderbolt
Set Comments
Before you begin, decide whether you should Z-Reflect or Z-Psychic in what match-ups. Moonblast can be switched for Thunderbolt depending on what pokemon you are facing. They both beat Mega-Gyarados about as well, so decide whether you need an Electric or Fairy attack.
Moves
* Psychic is your main STAB move and takes advantage of Psychic Terrain. It's like getting a free Choice Specs boost. A Z-Crystal adds even more power to this move.
* Moonblast is your other STAB move. Especially needed for Dark types, which are immune to Psychic.
* Calm Mind helps beat stall, like Chansey and Slowbro and some other special attackers, like Meloetta and Primarina.
* The star of the set, Reflect. This lets you take on numerous slower physical pokemon that would otherwise beat you, like Gyarados and Golem.
Set Details
These EVs allow to live a Scarf Kyurem-Black Iron Head 100% of the time, even if it uses an attack-boosting nature. It also increases your chances of living a Charizard-X Flare Blitz. The extra HP comes in handy against plenty of the weird pokemon you might run into on the ladder. 252 Special Attack EVs and a Modest nature are for maximum power.
Usage Tips
Decide whether Z-Reflect or Z-Psychic would be better to use. Generally, Z-Reflect is good against physical pokemon slower than Tapu Lele, while Z-Psychic will deal huge damage to any pokemon that doesn't resist it, and even some that do. Z-Psychic will deal more damage than your coverage moves, unless your opponent resists Psychic and is weak to the coverage move.
Team Options
Tapu Lele does well vs both Charizard X and Mega-Gyarados, which opens up your team to use members that are weak to both of them. It is necessary to pair Tapu Lele with a pokemon that can beat common steel types, because it has no chance against the majority of common steel types, like Metagross and Aegislash. Charizard Y is another threat you should be able to cover, as it can outspeed and KO with Blast Burn. Good teammates include Aegislash, Charizard X, Victini, and Donphan. All do well against the Ghost and Steel types that wreck Tapu Lele. They also have good match-ups against fast pokemon that can OHKO Tapu Lele like Charizard Y and Mega-Pinsir and provide some utility to help beat FEAR pokemon and other gimmicks.

Tapu Lele @ Choice Specs
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball/Focus Blast
- Moonblast
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Psyshock
Really best for increasing the power of HP Fire, allowing you to pick up some OHKOs against Max HP Genesect and Ferrothorn, while not giving up power compared to Z-Psychic. Psyshock allows a 2HKO on Chansey. Generally, this set is inferior to Z-Psychic because you don't gain much power, while losing the utility of Z-Reflect and Calm Mind.
Tapu Lele @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 80 HP / 28 Def / 252 SpA / 148 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Thunderbolt
- Moonblast
This set allows you to get the drop and KO some pokemon that expect to easily outspeed and KO Tapu Lele, like Mega-Gengar, Charizard Y, and Kartana. 148 Speed EVs put you one point ahead of Mega-Gengar, with the rest of the EVs add to your bulk to help vs certain coverage moves, like Iron Head from Kyurem-Black and Dragonite. Of course, you give up some amount of power compared to Choice Specs and some amount of power and flexibility compared to Z-Psychium. This set can't OHKO Mega-Sableye with Moonblast.
Checks and Counters :
Steel-types: Mega-Metagross, Magnezone, Jirachi, Heatran, Genesect, Magearna, Kartana.
Ghost-types: Aegislash, Mimikyu, Mega-Gengar
Pokemon that outspeed and OHKO or live a hit and 2HKO: Mega-Charizard-Y, Z-Ice Kyurem-Black, Mega-Pinsir, Sawk, physical Hoopa-Unbound, Crustle, physical Tapu Koko.
Pokemon that can stall with Amnesia: Deoxys-Defense, Regiice, Snorlax.
So I'm pretty sure you're new to this but I'm pretty sure you know more and can write something better, first it doesn't meet the format and second there's lot of information missing. And remember that writing an analysis is putting out all the information needed to inform newer users, this is like a solid base for them.
Overview
The overview looks nice, looks like you got a good part of what must be said.
-Which Pokemon does Tapu Lele outspeed, give examples, one or two being the most important one.
-Talk about its good Specially Defense that allows it to tank some Pokemon.
-Talk about its good Special Attack stat that allows it to defeat bulky Pokemon.
-It also has Focus Blast to hit Steel-type Pokemon.
-Does it really lose to most ghost Pokemon? Well the only two notably one are Mimikyu, Mega-Gengar and Aegislash. The last one fitting into the Steel-types category.
Set Comments
[There should be blank here, nothing should be written].
Moves
-I'd remove Thunderbolt, it seriously adds nothing. If wanting a Steel-types hitter I'd suggest Focus Blast or HP Fire instead of either Moonblast or Calm Mind
*Jw why Calm mind?
Set Details
-Talk about Psychic Terrain positives, boosting the attacks allowing it to nail the OHKO on a Pokemon, nullifying priority such as Espeed Dragonite.
-Mention one more Pokemon these EVs take advantage of and not just outline it with fluff "comes in hand with plenty other pokemon on ladder.
-I'd probably make the sentencing better
Team Options
-Give an example of Pokemon that likes having Zard X and Mega Gyarados threatened.
-Which Pokemon helps Tapu Lele fend off Steel-type Pokemon?
-Re-write the paragraph to make it sound cleaner, putting it as. X is a great partner cause lele beats dos and zard x, or lele hates steel so Y is a great partner because..., it also needs help against Ghost Pokemon and Lvl 1 Pokemon so z and v are also great Pokemon. [...] (It's better to pick H I J K, because it can help on various levels) (If it sounds good in the end, idk.)
Before moving to Other Options I'd put the Specs set here, it's an equal set to the Z-move and deserves the same exposure. So put the Specs set here and write:
Moves, Set Details, Team Options for the specs set.

So in here you don't just copy paste the PS! importable you give examples of what could be replaced on the main sets. You can say here Focus Blast can be used over both Thunderbolt and Moonblast if needing a Steel-type check (for example if you didn't mention Fblast in the main set).
A Choice scarf set can be used instead of Specs as it gives it advantage over R S T U...
Checks and Counters:
Lacking a lot of information here, too fluffy and citing only Pokemon not mentioning why.
-Steel-type Pokemon: Why? Their main STAB moves can hit super effectively Tapu Lele while resiting the others and if it runs Focus Blast, Aegislash is immune to it, while Megagross is faster and isn't weak to Focus Blast.
-Ghost-type Pokemon: Why?
-This is too vague and need to be toned down to probably Bulky Pokemon and say WHY and HOW each Pokemon beats it
-Snorlax uses Amnesia? I'd also mention Mega Slowbro and mention how it does it.
I'm not going to give the QC yet, fix everything and put more information and write with better sentencing then re-tag me so I can QC check again and give you the first QC.
KRIS EDIT:
Then I ultra-Quality Check you. Reserve Tapu Lele, I suppose.

Other Options
On the Z-Psychic set, Thunderbolt can replace Moonblast to hit certain pokemon that resist Psychic and are weak to Electric, like Celesteela and Mega-Slowbro. Moonblast is used for hitting Dark pokemon, for the most part. Switch moves based on what you are seeing on the ladder. Tapu Lele can hold a Choice Specs instead of Psychium-Z. This set is really best for increasing the power of HP Fire, allowing you to pick up some OHKOs against Max HP Genesect and Ferrothorn, while not giving up power compared to Z-Psychic. Psyshock should be run with Choice Specs as it allows a 2HKO on Chansey. Generally, this set is inferior to Z-Psychic because you don't gain much power, while losing the utility of Z-Reflect and Calm Mind. Tapu Lele can also use a Choice Scarf to get the drop on and KO some pokemon that expect to easily outspeed and KO Tapu Lele, like Mega-Gengar, Charizard Y, and Kartana. Of course, you give up some amount of power compared to Choice Specs and some amount of power and flexibility compared to Z-Psychium.
Checks and Counters :
Steel-Types: Just about every Steel-type in 1v1 beats Tapu Lele. Tapu Lele has only HP Fire to hit them with -- and it picks up almost no KOs anyway. Avoid picking Tapu Lele into Metagross, Heatran, Jirachi, or really any of the good Steel-types in 1v1.
Fast Attackers: Pokemon that can outspeed and OHKO beat Tapu Lele easily. Mega-Charizard-Y, Z-Ice Kyurem-Black, Mega-Pinsir, and physical Tapu Koko all easily outspeed and OHKO non-Scarf Tapu Lele.
Bulky Attackers: Certain pokemon, especially Sawk and Crustle, can take any hit from Tapu Lele and KO back, even through Z-Reflect.
Ghost-types and Amnesia: The two common ghost-types in 1v1, Mega-Gengar and Mimikyu both beat Tapu Lele. Tapu Lele has almost no chance against Amnesia users like Deoxys-Defense and Regice.

Checks and Counters
I'd like more information in this section;
-In fast attackers, i'd mention how can the three of them can win, just a word or two. Ex: zard y using blast burn
-In bulky attackers, can sawk really win? Mention how to clarify to people, also add one more I guess.
-Split Ghost and Amnesia users into two categories.
The point of Checks and Counters is to give out everything bit of information needed even if it seems obvious to you, it might not be for others.
You got better writing analysis! I like what I just saw right now, amazing work!
Implement these and QC 1/2, PM me on discord if you have some questions.
