I'm kind of new, but i can already tell that there are too many Life Orbs. I recommend on Gengar at least a choice scarf/focus sash/lum berry. Swampert, i usually put Hydro Pump on. Alot of power plus stab. I prefer power over accuracy if ya couldn't tell.
