I'm actually soft resetting on Mewtwo for a timid nature, and Synchronize seems to be working about half of the time, as per usual. It does work for stationary Pokemon.

Synchronize still works as it was in the last few gens for ensuring wild Pokemon have a 50/50 chance of getting the same nature as the Synchronize Pokemon in question. I'm using it to soft reset some of the legends so we can get more accurate BSTs if we haven't calculated them all yet.

I ran into a person using a swagger + own tempo set up. ...using Delcatty and Purugly. I will admit, though. It managed to take out a Pokemon or two of mine before I even realized what was going on.
