The main issue I see is the matchup against fatter teams. I could also see your lack of priority leading to some bad HO matchups. I'd guess you do best against balance teams and struggle against the extremes. I'd recommend restructuring and ensuring you have a solid breaking core. Your most replaceable pokemon is probably Volcarona at the moment, it doesn't provide anything essential.
