GMT -4, tomorrow I can do past 4pm my time, Tuesday I can do between 3pm-6pm. Thurs past 3, pref not past 8pm. Got a club 6:30-8 Tuesday and go to the gym after that, class 11-11:45 and work 3-9 Friday, work 3-9 Sat, and work 11-7 Sun. Ideal would be next 2 days.
