It's just interesting because he's made his whole career around being a professional provocateur (by his own admission). He's made a lot of people hate him but he's always had the defense of just toeing the line without crossing it. But now for the first time there's actually something he's had to go back on, so all of his opponents have something very tangible to use against him that he can't deny or defend unlike his previous statements.
