Gible, Fletchling (Gale Wings), Ferroseed (Leech Seed), Gastly, Dratini (Marvel Scale), Scraggy (Fake Out, Drain Punch, and Quick Guard, for doubles) all with 5 perfect IVs, and I've also got Kangaskhan (Scrappy), Honedge, Rotom, and Scyther, all with 4 perfect IVs. All of those Pokémon have what I think you'll find to be desirable natures. Just pick whatever one(s) you want. =)
