No, it's the first time I see a crit deal the same exact damage as a normal hit.
Reuniclus stats are 248 HP / 252 Sp. Def plus Assault vest.
Scyther had eviolite, so at most it can be a Max Sp. Attack Modest.
This set, with bug buzz, deals between 24.1 - 28.8% which is understandable from the point of view of the crit and the normal hit.
¿How could it deal 33% on a normal hit?
¿Could it be a bug on the damage calculator, in the battle after knocking off eviolite, or after using psyshock and then bug buzz targeting Def. intead os Sp. Def?
