It's not power creep, it's just also the number of Pokemon who is evolving ! We have More than 1000 Pokemon available, not everyone can be used more than of the threshold usage, at some point, NU will be old OU because there will be 1500 Pokemon ! :)

I'm quite surprised we didn't have more Flying Press or Freeze Dry move. Freeze Dry did work well. Flying Press was just bad because it's almost never very effective in OU :D and it's hard to explain to use it vs Brave Bird / Close Combat
