You could probably keep the Torterra for personal use in battles (as long as you let your opponent know it's hacked before battling, ofc), considering the big points that mean it's hacked aren't visible in battles. But it would probably be for the best to release the Torterra, so you don't have any chance of confusing it with a legitimate Torterra.

Macho is a Machop you can get from an in-game trade in S&M on route 2 (I think?). That's why it has the Link Trade tag for its bio. Not sure why you thought this pokemon was hacked though, given that it's unviable for anything.

OOOH! It's the Machop you get from an In-Game Trainer! How silly of me to forget about it and thought it was a hacked just because it's level is 9. Thanks!

A quick Google search didn't turn up anything (which could just mean I didn't look hard enough :P), but nothing short of the fact they're from WT screams "hacked". I mean, self-hatching a shiny, leveling it to 100, and then Wonder Trading it makes you wonder "why?".

A good rule of thumb though is to only trade things you can source: i.e. you know who the OT is or even better you caught it yourself. Otherwise, it's best to assume it's hacked (which is usually a good assumption for things from the GTS/Wonder Trade/trade with a random passerby).

I wouldn't trade them because something about them seem hacked (they look legal), but because you just don't know if they are.

There's nothing strictly illegal about it (going by the information that you've given here, at least). But a shiny RSE Latias obtained in a random trade is very suspicious nonetheless, and I certainly wouldn't trade it here.

There is also a Japanese Latias on my brother's Pokemon Black game. It says it is from Sinnoh but everything else is not suspicious. Would that be hacked?

It is hacked, it cannot be caught in either platinum nor pearl/diamond.
You can check on serebii or bulbapedia which legends can be caught in which games or check if the OT belongs to an event.

https://archive.nyafuu.org/vp/thread/18343508/

But even that isn't conclusive. There's no evidence to determine where it has come from but has been in circulation for awhile.

Hacked or not? It's fully-redis and listed on a few trade threads here.

Doesn't seem like there's anything that's 100% illegal about the Blastoise itself. But I checked the Youtube channel of the person with that OT, and it seems like they've distributed some hacks before (like Mew and Volcanion over WT). I wouldn't trust any of their stuff to not be hacked for a second, even if they're "legal".

Edit: when it comes to getting Amazing Pokemon that seem too good to be true from Wondertrade, it's better to just assume that the Mon is hacked than wasting time on checking it like this. Because best case scenario, it will be legal, but since it's so easy to pass hacks through wondertrade and how many Twitch streamers/youtubers do it for advertising, the likelyhood of the Pokemon being bred/soft reset for legitimately is very low.

Doesn't seem like there's anything bizarrely wrong with it. Either way, my personal rule is that unless I get it from someone I trust, I'm skeptical of event-only pokemon with perfect IVs. In this case it's entirely up to you to believe what this person has told you or not.

Unfortunately, I can say that this Volcanion is very much hacked, or at least it has been modified in some way. All Event Pokemon now come with the "Classic Ribbon" (Or possibly the "Wishing Ribbon" in Japan, though it depends on the Pokemon) attached, and your Volcanion does not. That would be the biggest indicator. But there are several oddities that would raise large flags.

First, as you said, 6IV Legends are very suspicious. Given that RNG Abuse could only be done by a supercomputer in Gen 6 (I'm joking, but seriously, RNG was not a thing in Gen 6), it's hard to assume that someone was able to SR a 6IV version.

Secondly, it's odd that the OT is for the Japanese version, but the text is set for Germany. EU Volcanions will have the OT Helen like the rest of the world, however, the owner could have conceivable been a German using a Japanese 3DS with a Japanese Cart and have gotten the Japanese event by going to Japan and pre-booking for the movie, however, that is unlikely. (Honestly, regions are a bit weird, I'm not sure if changing your language also changes your region, since I don't own a non NA Cart, I'll never know, so this might not even be possible.)

In all, it's safe to say that this Volcanion is not trustworthy, and should probably be released. Sorry.

Hey guys I got myself a shiny from a wondertrade. I was thinking it's a shiny from wondertrade so released it now but it's strange.
Language: CHT
Species: Dusknoir (was a Dusclops)
OT: Chinese❤Only
ID No.: 308491
IVs: HP, Attack, Defence= Decent
Sp. Def, Speed= Pretty Good
Sp.Atk= Very Good
EVs (optional): Didn't fully invested it's EVs
Ability: Pressure
Pokemon's name: tiny.cc/Aa-y
Gender: Female
Level: 39
Pokeball: PokeBall
Shiny?: Yes
Pentagon?: Yes, the clover one
Moves: Will-o-Wisp, Confuse Ray, Curse, Hex
Nature: Lonely
Region of origin: Alola
Characteristic: Often lost in thought
Ribbons: None
Other comments (optional): It was a Dusclops when I got it and evolved because it has the reaper cloth. It's name is weird because it looks like a glitch from a hacked software, but it's level, nature and other stuff makes it look like it's normal. I don't know if this the new way hackers distribute their hacks through the wondertrade or just someone made of mistake that he sends of his shiny rather than the yungoos besides it.

Bad hack/edit. CHT region + english OT (and name) says this, and also the nickname is a shortened url to a pokemon-related facebook group - so they're advertising their group by distributing poor edits on WT. 100% hacked.

Well thanks for the heads up! I really wish that these advertisments in the social media are stop, it very rude and annoying and it always pops up in my recommendations.
