Your question is flawed; no one is going to be willing to trade any number of BP items for a Latias. People who have them are only interested in either competitive shinies or other Pokebank Legends. Sorry :/

Well tell me where to find them, because if we're using Smogon as a sample population, I've never seen anyone willing to trade such a valuable, hard to acquire Pokemon for something other than other equally valuable, hard to acquire Pokemon.
Maybe on GameFAQs they might but I try to stay away from GameFAQs <.<
I would think so, HP Electric+Ice Beam give amazing coverage. Sure, HP Fire is nice on the 4x weak ones, but the coverage from BoltBeam is truly amazing :D
